What market research services does Freeminds MENA offer?
+
We deliver full-service qualitative and quantitative market research across the MENA region — focus groups, in-depth interviews, ethnography, online communities, U&A studies, concept and product testing, pricing and conjoint, and segmentation — plus study design, fieldwork management, data processing, analysis and reporting.
Which countries in the MENA region do you cover?
+
Freeminds MENA runs fieldwork across more than 20 markets in the Middle East and North Africa, including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria, through our own regional network rather than offshored vendors.
What is the difference between qualitative and quantitative research?
+
Qualitative research explores the reasons behind human behaviour through focus groups, interviews and ethnography, and is ideal for early concept reactions. Quantitative research asks people for their opinions at scale to produce statistically sound facts that can be projected to a population.
Which data collection methodologies do you use?
+
We use CAPI, CATI, CAWI, PAPI, CLT, face-to-face interviews, online panels and email surveys, mystery shopping and calling, in-home visits, shop-alongs, and online or offline focus groups and in-depth interviews. The method is matched to the research question.
Which industries and sectors do you have experience in?
+
We have run studies in more than 40 categories, including FMCG, food and drinks, telecommunications, finance, automotive, retail, pharma and medical, real estate, hospitality and tourism, baby care, cosmetics and fragrance, media and advertising, government, IT and technology.
How long does a typical market research project take?
+
Timelines depend on scope and market coverage. A focused qualitative study usually runs three to four weeks end to end, while a multi-country quantitative study typically takes six to ten weeks from briefing to final report. We confirm a schedule with you at the proposal stage.
How do you ensure data quality in the field?
+
Freeminds MENA is an ESOMAR corporate member and applies its quality standards: interviewer training and briefing, supervised fieldwork, back-checks and validation on a share of interviews, GPS and audio checks where applicable, and logic and consistency checks during data processing.
How do I request a proposal or quote?
+
Email info@freeminds-mena.com or use our contact form with the business decision you are trying to make, your target markets and audiences, and your timing. We will recommend a methodology and send a costed proposal.
